When Bangsar is mentioned, people usually think of clubs, food, drinks and shopping outlets located around the Telawi area. However there’s a new side of Bangsar which is called Bangsar South. This area, measuring about 60 acres is located across the Federal Highway from Jalan Bangsar in what is known as Kampung Kerinchi. UOA Holdings Berhad, an established developer in Malaysia, has single-handedly transformed it into an upmarket residential and commercial hub.

Property prices of condominiums there have appreciated by more than 30% since launch back in 2008. This mixed development is now bustling with development activities which are targeted at the middle to high end market.

Location and accessibility

Situated at the entrance of the Federal Highway, Bangsar South residents will have no problems getting in and out of their homes. The exit ramp to Mon’t Kiara and Sri Hartamas is just few minutes down the road whereas a trip to the KL city centre will only take you about 10 minutes via the Federal Highway or Jalan Bangsar. There’s also an LRT station nearby which makes it very convenient for residents who choose to take public transport.

Shopping and Dining

Bangsar South features The Sphere as a place where the residents can shop and get their daily essentials. Further, The Village offers food and beverage outlets and there is also an Old Town Coffee Shop in the area. There is a bank and a supermarket there as well.

Due to the fact that Bangsar South is associated with Bangsar, the value of the property can only rise as they are banking on the Bangsar name which is synonymous with high end and premium real estate. View more
