Introduction

An integrated township spanning across 1,820 acres, Kota Kemuning is located in the city of Shah Alam. Hicom-Gamuda Development Sdn Bhd is a joint-venture company between DRB-HICOM and Gamuda Berhad that developed its maiden township. Location

Kota Kemuning, approximately 20km southwest of Kuala Lumpur City Centre, is easily accessible via the Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS) EXIT 506, Federal Highway and New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE). Major highways and expressways also connect Kota Kemuning to places like Subang and Klang via KESAS; KLCC, Bukit Bintang and the Golden Triangle area via the KL-Seremban Highway; Bandar Utama and Petaling Jaya via Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP); KLIA, Sepang via North-South Expressway Central Link (ELITE) and Bangsar via the New Pantai Expressway. There is also access through the Kemuning-Shah Alam Highway (LKSA), which was completed on May 19th, 2010.

Facilities and Amenities

Kota Kemuning boasts a long list of facilities and amenities catering to everyone’s recreational, sporting and social needs. Over RM90 million interchange of commercial business as well as community parks and lakes are offered for the convenience of the residents here.
