Lagoon Perdana is a development steeped in controversy and unhappy endings for some. Setting that aside for the moment, the facts of the development must take precedence. Lagoon Perdana is a high density project located along Jalan PJS 9/1 in Bandar Sunway. Housing 3,332 units ranging from 852 - 992 sq. ft, it offers a cheaper residential alternative to those who are novices buying their first property or are renting as they garner enough savings. The most ideal tenants however would be students of educational institutions Taylor's College, Monash University and Sunway University College.
One of its strong points is the strategic location of the development. Lagoon Perdana residents enjoy smooth access to KESAS, Lebuhraya Damansara Puchong (LDP), Pantai Baru Highway (NPE) and Subang-Kelana Link. It is located approximately 500 metres away from the nearest medical centre i.e Sunway Medical Centre and is a short driving distance to leisure hub, Sunway Pyramid where a variety of high end boutiques,hyper markets,a cinema, a skating rink and the most important attraction of all the Sunway Lagoon theme park can be found.
As mentioned earlier, Lagoon Perdana is not new to controversy from the hand over delay to the abandonment of the block 7 project that was deemed as an unsafe structure as a result of poor workmanship. While issues like these may sway minds, reflection and solid advice from seasoned experts would be the way to go If you are considering purchasing a unit.
