De Rozelle is a condominium developed by Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS). It is a high density development that lies on 11.7 acres of freehold land. It is located in Kota Damansara and is composed of 4 blocks each with 100 units. It was launched back in 2005 and has done very well since. The development has been very popular particularly in the Chinese community. The project was launched under the BTS or the build then sell scheme. So far the first 2 blocks are now sold out. Prices range from RM175,000 – RM193,000. The last block is now selling for RM185,000 – RM202,000. The younger buyers have especially been very receptive, with about 70 % of the sales coming from them. One of the reasons is because the development sits in a very strategic location. Several amenities can be found surrounding De Rozelle such as Kota Damansara Community Forest and SMK Seksyen 10. For those who just love shopping you are in for a treat. Several shopping malls can be found around the corner such as Tesco Damansara, Giant Kota Damansara, Ikano and The Curve. With shopping malls nearby you can do a lot of stuff like go shopping for a new dress, dine out with your family or watch the latest action movie with your boyfriend. Bandar Utama, Tropicana and Petaling Jaya, TV3 and the Seri Selangor Golf Club is also close by. If you love playing golf on Sundays with your business associates, now you will not have to go far. ·         Each unit does not come with a parking slot. Parking here is on a first come first served basis.

·         De Rozelle is said to resemble a medium-cost apartment instead of a condominium.

·         It is also lacking in terms of facilities.
