First Subang was developed by Titijaya Group
– the property development company behind e-Tiara projects. It is a freehold a
commercial building situated at the very center of SS15, Subang Jaya. It is
composed of a retail area, topped by 2 office towers. The first 2 floors are
used as retail areas. The building’s main occupant is the AEON D’Hati
Supermarket. There are also restaurants, banking halls and 130 office suites.
Common areas have wifi connection so you can browse through your mail while
lounging around. Health buffs can loosen up at the health club or chill out at
the rooftop Zen garden. Parking won’t also be a problem as 5 storeys have been
reserved as parking area for guests. CCTV’s are placed in strategic locations
around the development to ensure the safety of everyone.
This may not be a Class A commercial
development but it provides great office space. The interior is attractively
designed in contemporary fashion and it has a number of good facilities. It
caters to a wide range of tenants. Office spaces can be used not only for
corporations but by retail sellers as well. It is situated alongside EON Bank
and right in front of Subang Parade. Several primary developments can be found
around it such as Subang Parade, INTI, Taylor’s, Carrefour, a KTM Station, Metropolitan
Colleges, Subang Grand Dorsett Hotel, and Subang Holiday Villa. Getting in and
out of First Subang will be easy too, because it is linked to several main
highways and expressways like NPE, KESAS expressway, NKVE, LDP, Klang, KTM and
KL Sentral. So as you can see commuting in and out of the development is going
to be easy.
Titijaya Group has certainly hit the gold pot
with First Subang. They are relatively new developers but they have managed to
“bring it”. The development is doing quite well. One negative aspect though is
that parking slots are very limited. There are only about 738 parking slots.
Parking here is more on a first come first served basis. If you come in too
late then you’ll be lucky if you get a parking slot. What visitors have come to
do is park at the nearest available sidewalk space and then just walk to the
development. On the bright side, you are guaranteed a return of at least 8 % on
your rental fee. Many commercial buildings near First Subang come at a high
price so securing a unit here will actually be a good investment for you. The
area is no starting to get busy so your unit is expected to appreciate nicely.

strategic location. There are a lot of amenities in the area which is very
convenient for visitors and residents. Aside from this, several major
expressways are linked to the development so getting in and out will not be a
problem.
