Compared to other serviced apartments, the built ups may be smaller but it more than makes up for this in terms of price. Each unit comes with a covered parking slot.

Suria Kinrara is serious about maintaining a safe and secure environment for their residents. This is why it is implementing a 24 hour monitor of the premises. Those who enjoy swimming need not go any further.

A swimming pool is available just outside the building for you to do morning laps in. Swimming is one of the best exercises there is because it gives the body a total workout. Those who have children can also take their kids out for a swim in the wading pool. This is shallower so you would not have trouble standing up in it. This makes teaching much easier. After swimming you can shower and change at the changing before going out for dinner at any of the restaurants nearby.

A multipurpose hall is also available for anyone who might want to organize important functions or sporting events. Busy parents can leave their kids at the nursery while they go out to work. Pros:

·         Unit prices are very affordable making it a good buy for young professionals who are just starting out.

Cons

·         The original developer, Talam, only completed 30 % of the project before abandoning it. It’s a good thing that IJM took it over and successfully completed it.

·         Some residents have complained that the units have structural issues. You might want to make a thorough inspection before purchasing a unit here.
