The theme for this year’s Mapex 2009 property exhibition is ‘Go Green’. Held from 31 July to 2 August at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre at the Mid Valley Megamall, the exhibition will showcase the latest properties from participating developers.

Organised by the Real Estate & Housing Developers’ Association Malaysia (Rehda), the exhibition will span three days and is open from 10am to 9pm daily. Besides property showcases, there are scheduled free talks daily during the show touching on a host of topics.

From 3pm to 3.30pm today (31 July) is a talk about Residential Building – The Steel Experience & Sustainability Design. The same topic will also be touched on 1 August (Saturday) at the same time. Subsequent talks for Saturday will be at 4pm to 4.30pm (Green Ideas for your Home) and at 5pm to 5.30pm (Malaysia’s Green Initiative: The Green Building Index (GBI)). There will be more talks to be held on 2 August.
