The Valley TTDI is a luxurious development that comprises 68 units of bungalows and 66 units of linked villas. The homes are respectively priced from RM2.67 million, RM2.97 million and RM5 million onwards.

The environment-friendly homes of The Valley TTDI are built from eco-friendly materials and design-wise, they are made to take full advantage of what nature has to offer. High ceilings, large windows and eight-foot doors provide cross ventilation and welcomes natural lighting into the homes. Meanwhile, energy consumption is reduced by tapping into solar energy harnessed through solar panels on the roof.
