The Real Estate and Housing Developers’ Association in Malaysia (REHDA), REHDA Wilayah Persekutuan and REHDA Selangor branch are organising its third Klang Valley Malaysia Property Expo 2009 (MAPEX 2009) from 20 to 22 November 2009 at Mid Valley Exhibition Centre, Mid Valley Megamall, Kuala Lumpur.

The theme of the exhibition will be ‘Safe and Secure Living’. MAPEX 2009 chairman, Dato’ Michael Yam Kong Choy says, “This MAPEX will also encourage developers to feature development which are fully equipped with safety measures besides educating the public on the importance of safe living in the community.”

He added, “With the ever increasing crime rate, REHDA endeavours to highlight and promote safe city initiatives towards enhancing living standards as well as addressing the safety and security concerned faced by dwellers.

Open from 10am to 9pm, the exhibition will feature products and concepts from developers as well as offer free seminars for the public.
