AQRS previews Contours development at Melawati Heights
41 courtyard villa homes to launch by year-end Nov 18, 2009
AQRS The Building Company Sdn Bhd (AQRS) gave a sneak
preview of their soon-to-be launched Contours courtyard villa homes in Melawati Heights, Kuala Lumpur.
True to its moniker, the two- to four-storey homes of
Contours are designed to complement the undulating hill terrain. Each villa is
split into two separate wings, one for living and the other for entertaining,
with connecting walkway on the ground and a link bridge on the first floor. A
lift serves every floor of the home.
Ng Kit Heng, executive director of AQRS said, “Each
villa has five bedrooms, five bathrooms plus a powder room on the ground floor,
dedicated family and entertaining areas, wet and dry kitchen areas as well as a
spacious garage that can house two cars and a long driveway to park another
two.”
Ng added that while the villa comprises two separate
wings, the architectural design permits the inner facing glass-panelled walls
to overlook a courtyard.
Depending on the design type, either a lap pool or dip
pool will be added. Built up areas of the homes range from 4,500 to 7,000 sq ft
and prices for these homes are anticipated to start from RM2.8 million onwards.
Contours is a gated and guarded development with an
average of only five villas per acre. A clubhouse that has a gym, an
entertainment area and kitchen will serve future residents there.
“Once we launch Contours, we would be looking at
offering interested purchasers attractive packages such as a 10:90 financing
scheme, zero interest during construction, free sales and purchase agreement
and memorandum of transfer legal fees as well as free loan documentation legal
fees,” says Ng.
