Mandala Condominiums, a collection of 24 oversized apartments with private pools in Phuket, Thailand, has its first block of eight apartments completed and open for foreign freehold and leasehold ownership.
Located in the Laguna area and just 350 metres away from Bang Tao Beach, introductory prices of Mandala Condominiums are THB64,000 per square metre and buyers can move in by February 2010. Unit size range from 276 sq m to 546 sq m and every unit has its own plunge pool. The entire project comprises of three blocks of 18 apartments and six penthouse units.
“The Mandala Condominium developers have set a trendsetting launch proposal by actually completing a project at the same time as going to market, not only are development risk being mediated but buyers will be able to move right in, our expectations are high that this project will be a top seller in high season 2009/2010,” says industry expert Bill Barnett, managing Director of C9 Hotelworks.
