TH Properties and Naza Properties Sdn Bhd have entered into a strategic alliance to develop a high-end residential project in Bandar Enstek.

The project comprises 52 single and double-storey bungalows with an Italian concept located within timur@enstek. It has a total gross development value of RM100 million.

Tuan Haji Zaharuddin Saidon, chief executive officer of TH Properties said, “The MoU marks another value-added offering and innovative lifestyle solutions from TH Properties and Naza Properties for the benefit of our homebuyers.”

Naza Group joint group executive chairman Datuk Haji SM Faisal Tan Sri SM Nasimuddin added that the company was exploring the possibility of bundling the luxury homes with cars or bikes under the Naza Group. He suggested that the types of cars or bikes packaged will depend on the value of the property and customers will get to choose as well.

The MoU also marks the collaboration of both TH Properties and Naza Group of Companies in identifying and participating in various fields within as well as outside of Bandar Enstek.
