Bolton Bhd is set to redevelop their Bolton Court condominium located on Jalan Bukit Ceylon into a 33-storey condominium. The new development, dubbed Sixceylon, will feature 215 condominium units with built-up area of 696 to 1,555 sq ft.

Bolton executive chairman Dato’ Mohamed Azman bin Yahya said, “One of the key themes of this redevelopment is to blend the modern architectural design with the current green and natural landscape of Bukit Ceylon by creating an even more lush landscape for Sixceylon.”

Azman Yahya believed that the timing is right to redevelop Bolton Court to create a new and modern Bolton landmark in the ‘hip and happening’ Bukit Ceylon locale.

He said, “Through this redevelopment, we hope to rejuvenate the surrounding area and improve the image of the city. In line with Kuala Lumpur City Hall’s vision for Kuala Lumpur to be a World Class City, Bolton is among the very first few developers to support this initiative by developing old and tired buildings to promote inner city rehabilitation.”

Sixceylon is expected to be launched in June this year with an indicative price of RM750 to RM900 per sq ft.
