Blackstone Seven Sdn Bhd recently launched Taragon Kelana Commercial Centre, a freehold commercial development in Kelana Jaya.

The project comprises of office suites, retail lots and shop offices and is scheduled for completion in Q3 2011. Open for sale is the office suites in Menara Taragon and its prices are RM407 per sq ft onwards. Their built-up size range from 1,054 sq ft to 1,388 sq ft.

Each office suite comes with en suite bathroom, individual balcony and a security system with card access for lifts. Safety is further enhanced with 24-hour security, CCTV monitoring and panic buttons at car park floors and common areas.

“Taragon Kelana Commercial Centre is located at a prime position within a mixed commercial development and matured commercial area with the necessary amenities such as the Giant hypermarket, banks and food establishments. Its close proximity to the Lebuhraya Damansara Puchong (LDP) and other major access highways makes it an excellent location for businesses. Prior to its launch, the shop offices have been fully sold. The gross development value (GDV) of the entire project is RM80 million.
