Main-board property developer Hua Yang has recently launched its flagship project, One South, Sungai Besi, a mixed development valued at RM750 million. “The project represents a huge chunk of the RM1 billion worth of projects that the group will be rolling out this year,” said its chief operating officer, Mr Ho Wen Yan.

“Seri Kembangan is an ideal location, as it is a fast growing township,” he added. One South comprises of retail, commercial and residential projects developed over 17.89 acres of land. Since its soft launch in February 2010, 30% or about 47 units of the 155 offices offered have been snapped up. Centrally located, the area is also known as the Southern Gateway of Kuala Lumpur, by virtue of its extensive highway connection.
