Developed by The Haven Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Superboom Projects Sdn Bhd, the condo project consists of 3 blocks with a total of 489 units built on a 10-acre leasehold site, said Peter Chan, co-principal of the Haven Sdn Bhd.

“Another 10 acres will be retained for landscaping to blend in with the 280 million year old limestone hills and a 4-acre lake at the foothills of the hills,” the developer added. The project has a gross development value of RM230 million and has all the facilities of an upmarket condo.
