One of the most established property developers in Malaysia, Bolton Berhad recently launched its new sales gallery at its resort-themed, lakefront Taman Tasik Prima township in Puchong, Selangor.
Visitors at the launch, numbering about 1,000, had a sneak preview of high-tech scale models of the latest properties for sale at the township. They could experience a 3D walk-through with a state-of-the-art touch screen terminal, and get more information including the actual skyline from their desired units, floor layouts and artists’ impressions – all at their fingertips.
Bolton executive director Chan Wing Kwong said, “The new Bolton Studio sales gallery at Taman Tasik Prima is a reflection of Bolton’s new image following our rebranding exercise, and is a replication of our successful Bolton Studio sales gallery at our headquarters in Symphony House, Dana 1 Commercial Centre.”
Bolton Studio at its headquarters features all the latest and upcoming high-end developments of the Group under one roof, including a live show unit of sixceylon – Bolton’s upcoming, chic 33-storey condominium featuring 215 units in Bukit Ceylon. As of June 2010, it is 90% booked.
Overwhelming Interest
The launch event in Puchong also unveiled Taman Tasik Prima’s latest phase of residential homes – the 3-storey Cascadia townhouse which received overwhelming interest from potential buyers.
The 345-acre, leasehold Taman Tasik Prima mixed development is built surrounding a 200-acre natural lake. As Puchong’s premier lake-view residential and commercial development, it has been planned to feature amenities such as an open park in each residential precinct, primary and secondary schools, a shopping mall, a police station and a multi-purpose hall.
To date, more than 1,500 units of properties have been sold while some 90% of these units have been completed and handed over. The properties have all been enjoying steady capital value appreciation.
The past four years have seen Bolton disposing of non-core assets and rebranding itself as a niche property developer led by executive chairman Datuk
Azman Yahya (former head of Danaharta). It aims to be among Malaysia’s top 10 developers within four years. It is now one of the top 30 developers in Malaysia.
Bolton is poised to launch three high-end condos in prime Kuala Lumpur and a commercial project in Puchong worth RM1.1 billion by end-2010. The developer will still have 1,210 acres for future launches including 54 acres of prime land in the Klang Valley.
