UEM Land Holdings Berhad, the developer of Nusajaya in Iskandar Malaysia, recently launched Symphony Hills – their first residential development in the Klang Valley. Symphony Hills, located in Cyberjaya will showcase Malaysia’s first “Connected Intelligent Community" (CIC) concept within a residential development.

Commenting on the launch, managing director and chief executive officer of UEM Land, Dato’ Wan Abdullah Wan Ibrahim said: “Symphony Hills was conceptualised with a strategic and intelligent master plan. The CIC concept captures this, combining the elements of comfort, convenience, community and security within Symphony Hills.”

Central to the CIC concept is the custom-designed community service portal that enables remote access capabilities. “This portal is the primary platform that implements the CIC concept, operating its Smart Home and security features through state-of-the-art technology and high-speed fibre optic infrastructure,” he added. Phase one of development has just opened for bookings and public viewing at Cyberjaya.
