Property developer UMLand’s Seri Austin recently launched 60 units of ‘Alisma’ 2-storey terrace houses during its 5th anniversary celebrations where about 1,500 visitors attended.

The guest of honour, Dato’ Hj Abdul Halim bin Hj Suleiman, State Assemblyman for Puteri Wangsa, announced that Seri Austin is a responsible developer who takes care of the residents’ needs by providing a healthy community living environment as well as good quality houses. He added that residents from the surrounding neighborhood will benefit from the connection of road leading to Bandar Dato’ Onn.

The new parcel of ‘Alisma’ are priced from RM306,800 for Alisma 1 and RM321,800 for Alisma 2. The developer has offered early bird rebates such as RM10,000, a 42” LCD TV, and other gifts. Seri Austin has developed into a well-planned and integrated township over the past 5 years. Out of 500 acres of freehold land, about 200 acres have been developed and balance is left for future development.
