The Haven developer, Superboom Projects, has awarded a RM109 million contract to a joint venture between Malaysia‟s second largest construction group, Bina Puri Holdings Bhd, and Beijing Construction Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd (BCEM), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing‟s largest building contractor, Beijing Construction Engineering Group (BCEG), to build its flagship condominium in Ipoh.

We believe we have the best designed condos, the best facilities and conveniences, the best environment, the best landscape, and now, we believe we have the best builders currently available. Ipoh city should be elated because The Haven is poised to succeed spectacularly. With these master builders, we will now be able to fully complement the most unique and attractive limestone environment of Ipoh,” said Superboom Projects chief executive officer, Mr Peter Chan.

“No doubt The Haven will be a landmark in Ipoh. We believe The Haven is visionary, and the only one of its kind in Malaysia, perhaps even in the world. Beijing Construction is confident that The Haven will be a showcase for Ipoh to the world,” said Beijing Construction Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd managing director, Mr. Wang Yan Shan.
