The first phase of Glenmarie Gardens, a high-end residential bungalow development by Glenmarie Properties, was recently launched offerring 70 units of 2 and 2 ½-storey bungalows. Glenmarie Gardens is an exclusive, low-density enclave situated on freehold land in Glenmarie Section U1, which is conveniently accessible from the main highways and roads serving the vicinity of Glenmarie.

Construction work  for  14 units of Phase 1 will commence in May 2011 and is due to be completed in September 2012.  The niche development offers 7 distinctive architectural designs with evocative names such as Amaryllis, Bloomeria, Carlina, Dellania, Encillia, Firmiana and Gazania. 

Large built-ups of up to 8,033 sq ft characterize the bungalows while the land area can stretch up to 14,693 sq ft.  Phase 2 of the project will take off in the 1Q 2011.
