CHERISH Springs Sdn Bhd is targeting to launch its RM500 million development called Centrestage in Section 13, Petaling Jaya, at the end of February-A company spokesperson said demolition works on the EON Service Centre which currently occupies the 3-66-acre leasehold site have begun, converting the industrial land to commercial use-Centrestage is scheduled for completion by mid-2014 and will comprise 352 units of serviced suites, two office blocks of 11 and 14 storeys as well as five levels of shops-The office blocks offering 775 units will cover a total gross floor area (GFA) of 446,035sq ft with nett lettable area (NLA) of 312,225sq ft-The retail space will comprise 33 units with a GFA of 171,797sq ft and NLA of 120,358sq ft-The spokesperson added that indicative pricing for the office and retail units are over RM700psf and RM1,100psf respectively-However, the company has not decided on the pricing for the serviced suites-Centrestage, situated in the industrial area of Section 13, is within proximity to commercial developments such as Jaya One, Jaya 33 and Digital Mall in Section 14-...
