Following the overwhelming response of Nadayu 92’s maiden phase, lifestyle developer Mutiara Goodyear Development Berhad will be launching its next phase of lifestyle homes with a gross development value (GDV) of over RM40 mil.

The next phase consists of four units of luxury bungalows and 24 units of semi-detached homes priced from RM2.2 mil and RM1.3 mil respectively.

“We are encouraged by the good take up rate for Phase 1 which was fully sold within a day during its launch early this year. It was a testament to our capabilities in providing good concept and quality homes. We expect a good take up rate for the bungalows and semi-detached homes,” said Hamidon Abdullah, Mutiara Goodyear’s Executive Chairman.

The bungalows and semi-detached homes have a spacious built up of 6,142 sq ft and 4,579 sq ft respectively. “The bungalows and semi-detached homes are designed with generous built up that allows seamless integration of indoor and outdoor spaces. This will allow flexibility in the usage of spaces,” Hamidon added. Nadayu 92, Kajang is a gated and guarded community developed on 69 acres of freehold land with total GDV of RM350 mil.
