Overwhelming Response for Sunsuria’s Suria Jelutong

Suria Jelutong, a proposed freehold mixed commercial development comprising shops, retail boutiques and serviced suites in the commercial hub of Bukit Jelutong received an overwhelming response during a three-day preview recently which saw 30% sold. Targeted to be completed within 3 years, the project had attracted potential investors and first home owners. The project sits on 4.5 acres of land in BJCC (Bukit Jelutong Commercial Centre).
