Mah Sing Group recently launched Kinrara Residence’s show village which comprise of 3 storey superlinks, 2 and 3 storey semi-detached units as well as its clubhouse to more than 1,500 guests.

Kinrara Residence is a medium high end residential project on approximately 139 acres in Puchong comprising of superlinks, semi-detached and bungalows.

The gated and guarded project is targeted at families who seek contemporary resort living in a safe and secured environment with a communal lifestyle living.

A RM4 million clubhouse equipped with facilities such as a swimming pool, wading pool, changing rooms, gym room and a community centre is provided exclusively to residents.

James Bruyns chief operating officer of Mah Sing Group said since the project’s launch, the first phase consisting of 2 and 2 ½ storey superlinks had gotten good take up rate of more than 80%.

They are priced from RM738,800 and RM838,800 respectively.

He added that the 3-storey superlinks priced from RM968,800 had seen a take-up rate of more than 60%.

The Group will soon launch the new precinct Palmiera 2& 3 storey semi-detached homes priced from RM1,568,000 which have seen more than 5,000 registrants.

Meanwhile, the last phase consisting of 3 storey semi-detached houses and executive bungalows will be launched in third quarter of 2011 and is now open for registration.

The show units and clubhouse are open to public from 10 am to 8pm daily.
