Established developer, Gamuda Land Sdn Bhd, is well on its way to achieving its sales target of RM1.3 bil for FY2011 having chalked up RM860 mil of unbilled sales so far which surpassed sales for the whole of FY2010, said its managing director, Chow Chee Wah. Chow was speaking at the recent launch of Madge Mansions, a niche development that aims to recreate the grand mansions of yesteryears in the diplomatic enclave of Jalan Madge and Jalan U-Thant in Ampang.

There are 52 units in three 10-storey towers, which comprise four cabana-type units each occupying 3,498 to 4,919 sq ft of space, six duplex penthouses with sizes ranging from 7,287 to 8,396 sq ft and 42 standard units of 3,950 to 4,607 sq ft.
