This new innovative product is designed to give users real-time access to over 255,000 properties for sale and rent at your fingertips, anywhere and at any time.

The launch followed the company’s very successful unveiling of its iPhone and iPad real estate search apps last year.

A highlight of the Android app is its GPS-supported feature, enabling users to view in real time properties on the market near their current location via Google Maps.

Users can view the search results on a list or map, and then use the directions given to go to the actual site of the property.

Users are also able view the property in large high-resolution photos.

To fine-tune the search, users can filter by property type, location, price range and keywords.

They can contact the agent or developer on the spot as their phone numbers and e-mail addresses are provided in the Agent/Developer Directory.

To make the search as comprehensive as possible, the iProperty.com Malaysia Android App also comes with a Condominium Directory which gives users access to details of the condo or apartment including information such as maps, pictures, descriptions and even user reviews.
