Sunway Vivaldi and Sunway Rydgeway bagged two awards at the recent Asia Pacific Property Awards 2011 in association with Bloomberg Television.

Sunway City’s Sunway Vivaldi received the Five-Star Award for the 2011 Apartment Category while SunwayMas’ Sunway Rydgeway received the Highly-Commended Award for the 2011 Development (Multiple Units) category.

Successful entrants were presented their awards at presentation dinner at the Longemont Hotel in Shanghai on May 31st.

The event is part of the long established International Property Awards and its award winners’ logo is recognised as a symbol of excellence throughout the global industry.

A record number of property developers from 21 different countries took part in this year’s Asia Pacific Property Awards.

Later this year, the highest scoring winners from the Asia Pacific Property Awards will compete against other winning companies from Europe, Africa, the Americas and Arabia to find the ultimate World’s Best in each category.
