Aquina, the latest phase at TTDI Alam Impian township in Shah Alam saw 68 out of 126 units sold during its weekend launch.

Aquina consists of double storey linked residences with built-up areas ranging between 2,476 to 4,224 sq ft.

The units are priced from RM606,000 to RM1.5 million.

The earlier phases of Spira, Viola and Sephira have been fully sold with Spira owners having taken vacant possession of their units early this year.

The Viola units are expected to be completed at the end of this year and the Sephira units next year.

NAZA TTDI's director of marketing and sales, Charlie Chia said the strong interest in TTDI Alam Impian is attributed to positive feedback from purchasers of the first three phases, especially those who have moved in to the Spira residence.

He said the loyal NAZA TTDI purchasers of its previous projects also contributed to the success.

Chia added “For Aquina, we have further improved on the design and features as well as increase the built-up areas to cater to demand for bigger units.

“As with other phases, we continue to provide guarded facilities and for this launch, purchasers are given one year free maintenance charges apart from the sales rebate of 3% and free legal fee on the Sales and Purchase agreement.”

TTDI Alam Impian is a 208 acre township in Section 35, Shah Alam, a short 10 minutes drive from Shah Alam city centre.

The township will comprise 15 development phases that includes residential units from linked houses to bungalows, apartments, retail and commercial centres and other facilities in a modern contemporary township such as schools, community halls and recreational parks.
