Sagajuta (Sabah) Sdn Bhd has been appointed as the turnkey contractor for 1Likas by Gandingan Erajuta Sdn Bhd, the developer.

The contract is worth RM482 million for Phase 1.

1Likas is a joint development project between Gandingan Erajuta and the land owner, Sabah Energy Corporation Sdn Bhd.

Located at the prime seafront location of Kota Kinabalu, 1Likas is a mixed development with shops /offices, ballroom with 800 banquet seating, corporate office block and two condominium towers.

Later phases of the development will include a super condominium tower and a hotel tower.

Director of Gandingan Erajuta Sdn Bhd, Rahman Ghani said, “The high visibility and immediate main road accessibility makes this property very desirable for corporate, business and residential purposes.

“It is at a high traffic area where more than 20,000 vehicles travel daily along the coastal road of Jalan Tun Fuad Stephens on which 1Likas is facing.”

Sagajuta is the developer of 1Borneo, a RM1.2 billion lifestyle hypermall in Sabah.

It is also the developer of 1Sulaman, Sabah’s largest condominium and commercial complex with 2,000 units of residences.

Phase 1 and all the commercial units are fully sold out.

The final phase of 950 apartment units will be launched soon.

The total gdv for 1Sulaman is more than RM520 million.
