I & P Group Bhd has sold about RM128 million worth of shop-office units from its latest commercial development at Zone J6 in Bandar Baru Seri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur.

The entire project has a gross development value of RM144.9 million.

Zone J6 sits on a 3.89-acre site, which is being developed by its member company Petaling Garden Sdn Bhd.

A total of 40 units were offered and priced at a range of between RM2.5 million and RM6.1 million.

There are 28 units of three-storey shop-offices with built-ups from 5,237 sq ft to 12,152 sq ft and 12 units of four-storey shop-office with built-ups from 7,135 sq ft to 17,906 sq ft. – Business Times
