Glenmarie Properties Sdn Bhd (GPSB), a subsidiary under the Property, Asset and Construction division of DRB-HICOM Berhad launched the 2nd phase of its property development flagship, ‘Glenmarie Gardens’ in Shah Alam on Thursday.

Phase 2 comprises 23 bungalow units.

Group director of Property, Asset and Construction, Siti Mariam Mohd Desa said Glenmarie Gardens’ development project is among the last few freehold luxury lifestyle living within the Glenmarie neighbourhood.

She said with the success of the1st phase, they are confident in doing the same for the 2nd phase.

Glenmarie Gardens consists of 70 units of 2 and 3-storey exclusive luxury lifestyle bungalows sprawled across 26 acres of land in Glenmarie, Shah Alam. Phase 1 launched in November 2010 is fully sold.

Glenmarie Gardens comes complimentary with Glenmarie Golf & Country Club membership.

Group managing director of DRB-HICOM Berhad, Dato’ Sri Haji Mohd Khamil Jamil, launched the 2nd phase at an exclusive ceremony attended by more than 250 guests comprising purchasers, corporate leaders and high net worth customers, which was held at the Glenmarie Gardens Show Unit, Thursday.

The show bungalow is now open for viewing.
