Things to consider before purchasing an air-conditioner:
• Cooling Capacity
An air-conditioner’s capacity is measured in British Thermal Unit per hour (BTU/hr). The higher the BTU/hr, the faster an air-conditioner is able to cool down a room. Other than the floor area, other criteria to consider when choosing an air-conditioner include, room direction, wall structure, ceiling height, use of insulation above ceiling, window size and type, number of people and heat generating equipment (laptops, etc) and hours of operations. • Installation Requirements
