Lifestyle developer Mah Sing Group had a busy weekend, with the launch of a commercial project and previews of two residential projects which clocked up sales and bookings of RM190.6 million.

Buyers snapped up all available 78 units of retail lots valued at RM71.7million at Mah Sing Group’s Star Avenue@D’sara, Sungai Buloh over the weekend. The Avenue Street Mall offers 245,987 sq.ft of nett lettable area spread over 4 levels. Due to the overwhelming response, Mah Sing Group intends to keep approximately 65% for value adding upon completion of the project.
The project is only 3 minutes from the proposed MRT Station in Taman Industri Sg.
