Malaysia’s No.1 Property Developer will be exhibiting its range of properties in an exclusive property showcase to be held in the three economic regions of the country – Penang, Klang Valley and Johor.

Called the Setia 4U Showcase, this property exhibition kicks off in Gurney Plaza Penang from 22nd till 25th September and will be followed by PWTC, Kuala Lumpur (30th Sept – 2nd Oct) and City Square, Johor Bahru (7th – 9th October).

Tan Sri Liew Kee Sin, President and CEO of S P Setia Berhad Group said the first time showcase will exhibit the developer’s wide range of properties and provide opportunities for more people to get to know the Group better.

“This exclusive exhibition will give the public a better understanding of S P Setia’s presence geographically and the variety of products that we have,” said Liew.

S P Setia has 11 ongoing projects currently with four in the Klang Valley, four in Johor Bahru and three in Penang. All 11 projects are participating in the showcase together with the Group’s first Australian venture Fulton Lane in Melbourne.

“Whether it is a single storey terraced house or a luxury bungalow or a high-rise, we have the product mix for you to choose from,” said Liew adding that the showcase would attract first-time homebuyers and investors alike. The group is also accepting registrations for its upcoming projects in Kuala Lumpur, Semenyih, Klang and Singapore.

As with all of the Group’s innovative marketing campaigns, Setia 4U Showcase will offer easy ownership packages and also Rewards Points under the Setia Privilege Program (SPP). During the campaign period, purchasers could enjoy up to 50 times Reward Points under the SPP as well as redemption of Reward Points to offset part of down payment. These packages will be available in all participating S P Setia Sales Gallery from now till 31st October 2011.
