Country Heights Holdings Berhad (CHHB) officially launched LakeView Residency @ Cyber Heights Villa (LakeView Residency) in Cyberjaya last weekend, to become the 1st property developer to initiate ‘negative ions’ energy board at all of its new development units. The launch was officiated at its newly refurbished property gallery at Cyber Heights Villa clubhouse, by Group Chief Executive Officer of CHHB, Ms. Dianna Lee Cheng Wen, in the presence of CHHB management, current homeowners and priority registrants, and was also Country Heights Hari Raya open house at the same time. LakeView Residency is CHHB’s new 10-storey resort apartment development within walking distance to the Putrajaya Lake.
LakeView Residency is another of CHHB signature concept development next to a crystalline lake, which will feature many of the attributes in line with CHHB five core values of Style, Nature, Love, Quality and Excellence, living up to its motto of “Ever Searching for Better Living”, and is set to be another astounding success with over 1,000 registered interest prior to launch for the available 117 units.
The negative ions energy board is a result of Country Heights effort to the ‘greening’ of Cyberjaya for its future residents. With their experience and knowledge acquired on ’green’ architecture or ‘eco-tecture’, and eco-friendliness from previous projects, they teamed up with Victory Plaster Ceiling Sdn Bhd, for the energy boards to be placed on the ceilings of all the units in LakeView Residency.
The negative ions energy board does not use electricity or other energy supply. It works as natural ionizer or air purifier, generating abundant negative ions and Far Infrared Rays (FIR) to every corner of home and is known to improve indoor air quality, boost oxygen level, improve blood circulation, activate and speed up repair of cells, relieve pain and tension, reduced fatigue and insomnia.
Ms Dianna Lee emphasised during the launch, ‘Our aim was to enhance the quality and lifestyle for future residence through low density signature developments that is built around lakes, and among lush greeneries.
