Bangi Heights Development Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of UM Land Group has just recently launched Parcel 1 of their Laman Indah residential offering at Bandar Seri Putra.

The new homes at Parcel 1 comprises of 56 units of Type A double-storey link homes. Contemporarily styled, these four bedrooms and three bathrooms homes will have a standard lot size of 22ft by 75ft and a built-up area of 1,861 sq ft for the intermediate units.

Type A homes have a car porch that fits two family cars side-by-side. A living and dining area occupies the ground floor along with a storeroom under the stairs. Beyond the dining area is a guestroom, bathroom and a kitchen that leads to the backyard. Meanwhile, a family room, master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and another two bedrooms that share a bathroom occupies the first floor.

Expected completion of this development is June 2011 and the homes are priced from RM315,000 onwards. There will be a seven per cent discount for Bumiputras during construction stage. All lots are freehold with final titles issued.

Future parcels with bigger Type B and Type C homes will probably be launched later this year. Those who could not wait, however, could have a preview of them at the Bandar Seri Putra Sales Gallery.

Bandar Seri Putra is a fully integrated 900-acre township with a current population of 15,000. Launched in 1997, the township is envisioned to house a future population of 35,000 people. The township is located between Kuala Lumpur City Centre and Putrajaya and is close to educational hubs.
