PJI Development Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PJI Holdings Berhad, has announced on 29 June 2009 that they are entering into a joint venture (JV) agreement with Bumi Ria Development Sdn Bhd.

The JV is for the purpose to develop 24 units of three-storey Semi-D in Mukim Semenyih, Daerah Hulu Langat, Selangor.

According to the agreement, Bumi Ria Development will be submitting a proposal for a Planning Approval to convert 10 units of medium cost town house previously planned into four units of Semi-D within six months. The other 20 units of the Semi-D houses have already been approved.

The project is expected to be completed in 36 months.

Profit division from the development will be split 70-30 to PJI Development and Bumi Ria Development respectively.
