Sunrise Bhd has completed structural works at Tower B of its condominium development 10 Mont’ Kiara.

10 Mont’ Kiara is a six-star residential development with two 43-storey towers in Mont’ Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. Featuring a landscaped conservatory, the project is geared at exuding a ‘super bungalows in the sky’ feeling.

The project takes up 7.46 acres and offers standard units sized between 3,478 sqf and 4,090 sqf, while the penthouses are sized at approximately 7,500 sqf.

A topping-out ceremony was held recently to mark the completion of works on Tower B. Meanwhile, structural works on Tower A are slated for completion in March 2009. The entire development is scheduled for handover to purchasers in the fourth quarter of 2009.

The Mont’ Kiara developer is confident of its projects staying on course and believes that the construction sector is still robust despite fears of a recession.
