Island & Peninsular Bhd (I&P) plans to launch an upcoming township called Alam Sari in Bangi by the end of the year.
With a gross development value (GDV) of RM861 million, the township will comprise of 3,562 mixed development units spanned over 173ha. Alam Sari is expected to be completed in 15 years, said group managing director Datuk Jamaludin Osman.
The group boasts a landbank of 5,988ha, which are located mainly in Selangor and Negri Sembilan.
Ongoing developments in Bandar Kinrara, Alam Impian, Seri Beringin, Alam Sutera and Bayuemas are expected to contribute a total GDV of RM7.4 billion to the group, he said.
