NZX Commercial Centre’s grand launch has been set for July 1. To be officiated by deputy ministry of tourism Datuk Donald Lim Siang Chai, the township where work, leisure and entertainment come together boasts the largest outdoor shopping mall featuring a wide variety of retailers, food, and entertainment and leisure components.

NZX Commercial Centre has been well received recording a take up rate of 80%.
 
The 186 units of shop offices will come in 3 designs with built-up sizes ranging from 5000sq ft to 10,840sq ft. Prices range from RM1,538,800 to RM 3,131,000, providing a good mixture of trades and tenants in forming a more comprehensive shopping experience.

The development is expected to be completed by September this year.
