The International Property Show 2008, to be held at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre, is showing high exhibitor interest in its fourth edition said organizers Strategic Marketing & Exhibitions.
To take place February 17-19 of next year, the exhibition boasts the title of the biggest transactional property exhibition in the region. Major regional and international players have already reserved 20% of the exhibition space, with more expecting to confirm in the coming months.
Strategic Marketing & Exhibitions managing director Dawood Al Shezawi said, “The tremendous success of the last edition has spurred keen interest from major players in the real estate and property markets across the globe, and to date, we have witnessed a record 20% space reservation.”
“Considering that we still have eight more months to go before the show, we expect more participants to confirm their presence in the near future. We believe that the 2008 exhibition will exceed the previous editions in terms of the number of exhibitors, vsitors, and the value of sales,” he added.
International Property Show 2008 will feature prime real estate projects across the globe ranging from commercial properties to high and low-density residential developments, distinctive leisure and shopping centers as well as upscale resorts and hotels.
The transactional property exhibition in the region is also recognized as a powerful networking platform, which attracts leading players in the local, regional, and international property markets along with related industries and high net-worth investors.
