A high-end mixed development project called La Promenade will be taking shape in Kuching, Sarawak in the near future.
Undertaken by Hock Seng Lee Bhd (HSL) wholly-owned subsidiary HSL Construction Bhd, the RM600 million project is an exclusive gated community located in the Sungai Kuap area, in close proximity to the Kuching International Airport.
La Promenade, which is in its detailed planning stage, will boast more than 1,000 houses, a commercial centre comprising 200 shop houses and office blocks, an international school as well as a clubhouse.
