The infamous Wisma Denmark, which Great Eastern Life Assurance (M) Bhd had hoped to purchase last year, has now caught Sunway City Bhd's (SunCity) eye. The company is proposing its acquisition for RM170 million.

The office building comprises of one mezzanine floor, two floors of penthouse units which are inclusive of six levels of elevated car park and two floors of basement car park, as well as five parcels of adjoining vacant lands located at Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur.

Located on a freehold site, Wisma Denmark has a net lettable space of 28,514sq ft and an occupancy rate of 89.6%.

SunCity hopes to develop the additional parcels of land into 18 levels of office buildings with a net lettable area of 319,000sq ft.
