Berjaya Golf Resort Bhd’s maiden commercial project, called The Link, in Bukit Jalil has already sold 50% of its units before the development’s launch.
The unit of Berjaya Land Bhd is confident that the units will be fully taken up. Properties marketing general manager Mah Siew Wan said the development could potentially be the next Bangsar or Sri Hartamas.
The Link will offer three- and four-storey shop offices with dimensions of 22’x75’ to 34’x75. With a gross development value of RM100 million, each of the 52 units boasts a contemporary design and its own individual lift and private lobby.
The development is situated on 5.8-acres of freehold land parallel to a main road, which is linked to major highways, allowing 80% of the shop offices to have main road frontage.
The units are priced from RM1.4 million onwards for three-storey units and from RM1.98 million for the four-storey units. Construction will be completed in 36 months.
