Ireka Development and it is managed by i-Zen Hospitality Sdn Bhd (PLC), a member of Ireka Group of Companies. Amongst the most successful development by Ireka is the Technology Park Malaysia in Bukit Jalil.

International Schools in the vicinity?
Mount Kiara International School (American) is on the same street, approx. 600m away.
Garden International School (British) is on the next street, Jalan Kiara 3, approx. 500m away.

There are flea markets held twice a week, on Sundays and Thursdays. The Arts, Bric-a-brac and Craft (ABC) Market is held every Sunday and on Thursdays is the Fiesta Nite
ABC market - In addition to being a bigger flea market, the one in Mont Kiara also offers different goods for sale: modern knick knacks. No trace of antique or collectors items for sale here. What you can find are traditional clothing, hand-made bags of various sizes, homemade cakes and cookies, scented candles, decorative plants, animal print products (T-shirt, umbrellas, place mats and such), fashion accessories (necklace, bracelets, etc.), toys, pet treats and much more.

Fiesta Nite is similar to the popular night markets (pasar malam) in Malaysia. It is a great occasion to dine with family and friends amidst a carnival atmosphere. The Fiesta market features more than 100 stalls exhibiting Food, Fruit, Flora (flowers & potted plants), Fauna, Fragrance, Fabric, Footcare, Fitness and Fictional books.
