Five Stones (also known as 5 Stones) brings a whole new level of luxury apartments to SS2 and indeed,

The Five Stones concept is to create a large living space that is suitable for all ages.
This is reflected in the name chosen for this residential development,
as kids back in the day used to play games such as Five Stones (also known as Batu Seremban).

Taking this memory of yesteryear, SDB Properties has turned it into a more contemporary outlay by

There are 5 blocks of units at Five Stones, however only 3 of these are available for sale currently in the first phase in 2009.
Out of the 3 blocks currently on sale, 2 of them are low-rise villa units similar to the ones next door at Ameera,
while the other one is a high-rise condominium. The rest were released recently and most of them are already sold.

Block A is a 38-storey condominium complex with its clubhouse on the ground floor.
There are 147 units in this particular building, with about 4 units per floor.
These units are either 3+1 or 4+1, and range between 1,785 to 2,254 sf.
However, the Penthouse duplex units up for grabs are either 3,390 or 4,491 sf.

while Block E is 36-storeys tall and consists of 142 units.

The main feature is the residential common area which lays in between each of these blocks.
This landscaped garden is complete with 5 granite stones (or something similar to reflect the namesake of the building).
Facilities here include the large garden, multi-purpose hall, a Kompan playground,
healing gym, swimming pool, dynamic gym, and basketball courts.

The location of Five Stones in SS2 is within an area surrounding landed homes and
caters to those who want to live around this vibrant area in Petaling Jaya,
instead of living in a crowded area full of condominiums such as Mont Kiara.
There are connections to this area via the LDP, NKVE, and Sprint Highway.
Nearby facilities and educational facilities include Tropicana City Mall, KDU College, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, and more.
