Villa Aman is a low-density condominium situated in the Embassy area of Ampang called Ampang Hilir. It is a high-class residential area filled with expats. Not surprising since it’s a quiet and peaceful environment with lots of greenery.
Villa Aman only has 20 units. This unit is very spacious unlike newer developments where the size of the units are getting smaller and smaller due to many factors.
The design was done by the same architecture firm who designed one of the most famous high rise properties in Malaysia; Marc residence, Hampshire residences and Beverly residence.
There are two areas that could each be a living room. Both with a swimming pool view. The choice is ultimately in your hands. There is another living room upstairs with the swimming pool view too. It is also near the Ampang Kuala Lumpur Elevated highway (AKLEH), Duke (Duta-Ulu Klang Expressway), Kuala Lumpur-Putrajaya highwayMRR2 (Middle Ring Road 2). A LRT station is approx. 1 km away.
What’s so special about the location?
Villa Aman is a situated in the Embassy row called Ampang Hilir. Embassies and High Commissions are mostly located in that area so expatriates are aplenty in the neighborhood.
Expatriates are aplenty which is not surprising considering the amount of Embassies and High Commissions nearby.
Although Ampang is a matured and developed township, it still is a great place to call home. There are still many trees and space unlike other famous townships in Kuala Lumpur. It offers lush greenery within the neighborhood and located very near to the KLCC and City Centre. It is preferred by many expatriates due to it’s close proximity to plenty of foreigner-friendly amenities.
