This unit is very spacious. It is fully furnished including TV, washing machine, sofa, beds etc. It is on groud floor therefore it enjoys an extra space that other units can’t enjoy. Outside the balcony is grass. As such, you could enjoy a picnic right outside the unit. It has a Playground view with Swimming Pool in the background.
Eden Villa is a very low-density freehold apartment located at the Jalan Ampang Hilir, Taman U Thant, Ampang. It is situated in the Embassy area of Ampang called Ampang Hilir.
It is an upscale residential area with a large number of expats. Other than the fact that most of the Embassies are located in Ampang, it is a quiet and peaceful environment with lots of greenery.
It is also preferred by many expatriates due to its close proximity to plenty of foreigner-friendly amenities and also just located within 2km of KLCC. Therefore not surprisingly, most of the tenants of Eden Villa are foreigners.
The Eden Villa compromises a three-storey which consists of 6 units and a two-storey block which houses 4 units. So altogether there are only 10 units. It is an extremely low density apartment. It will especially be enjoyed by people who enjoy privacy. There are no high –rise building around it.
Although this is a ten year old development, there are many advantages of it, this unit is very spacious unlike newer developments where the size of the units are getting smaller and smaller due to many factors.
There are numerous amenities within a 5km radius from Villa Aman. Just a stone throw away are the Great Eastern Mall that houses Cold Storage, cafes, restaurants, bars, and stores. Right opposite of it is the Gleneagles Hospital. It is also a walking distance away from a recreational club called the Raintree Club. Furthermore, one can find plenty of amenities within just a short driving distance.
For education there are several International schools nearby with the closest being Fairview International along Jalan Ampang. Another international school in the vicinity that are within walking distance is the Sayfol International. Local schools that are within close proximity are the SJK Chung Hwa (Chinese school), SMK Seri Ampang (boys), SMK Puteri Ampang (girls), amongst others. These schools are also along Jalan Ampang.

Fairview International School, a British National Curriculum, which is on Jalan Ampang is only 0.34km away.
Sayfol International School, a British National Curriculum, which is on Jalan Ampang is 0.56km away.
International School of Kuala Lumpur (ISKL), an American based curriculum, is less than 2km away.

Eden Villa is just off Jalan Ampang. It is near the Jalan Tun Razak which connects to the North-South highway which can take you all the way to Singapore on a straight line and Thailand on the other end. While Jalan 1/76 leads to Jalan Kampung Pandan and directs to Jalan Tun Razak and SMART tunnel for a faster route to reach the North-South highway.
It is also near the Ampang Kuala Lumpur Elevated highway (AKLEH), Duke (Duta-Ulu Klang Expressway), Kuala Lumpur-Putrajaya highwayMRR2 (Middle Ring Road 2). A LRT station is less than 1 km away.
What’s so special about the location?
Eden Villa is a situated in the Embassy row called Ampang Hilir. Embassies and High Commissions are mostly located in that area so expatriates are aplenty in the neighborhood.
Expatriates are aplenty which is not surprising considering the amount of Embassies and High Commissions nearby.
Although Ampang is a matured and developed township, it still is a great place to call home. There are still many trees and space unlike other famous townships in Kuala Lumpur. It offers lush greenery within the neighborhood and located very near to the KLCC and City Centre. It is preferred by many expatriates due to its close proximity to plenty of foreigner-friendly amenities.
