Dato’ Alan is the one who built Sunrise to be among the greatest names in Mont Kiara. Bukit Kiara Properties is founded in May 2000. Since then, the company has developed Aman Kiara, Hijauan Kiara and this VERVE Suites is their latest addition.

Without a doubt, VERVE Suites is indeed the most revolutionary residential in Mont Kiara enclave so far.

All units at VERVE Suites are fully furnished with each theme, units share the same interior with their neighbors. Thus, this similarity makes none of them unique. Market price is likely to be similar from one to another as owners cannot set higher price than market price. Adding with the high density factor, price is likely to be stagnant for quite a long period of time.
